Must lodging establishments comply with certain standards to become members of the Québec Resorts & Country Inns network?
To be eligible for representation by the Québec Resorts & Country Inns network, lodging properties must be officially classified by Hébergement Québec and enjoy at the very least a 3-star rating. They must house a minimum 7 rooms and be located in a countryside setting. All properties, except those listed under the “charming city inns” category, are required to provide full-service dining facilities. Also, all resorts and country inns must offer a wide range of activities onsite or nearby.

Are Québec Resorts & Country Inns gift cards redeemable at all your establishments? For lodging? For packages or meals?
Gift cards are valid at all times and in all our member establishments. You can use them for complete packages, or strictly for accommodations or meals.

For everything you need to know about our new members or features, simply visit our website or subscribe to our electronic newsletter. The new edition of our annual Innviting Guide is published in April. You can order your copy online through our website.

What are your office hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Go to our website to learn about the office hours in effect during holidays.
