Trained in institutional cooking, Mr. Paris has 10 years of experience in restaurants throughout Québec. Over the course of his career, he has also developed an ease with sauces and with cooking various meats to perfection. His colourful personality is always reflected in the meals he prepares for you. A blend of California-style flavour and colour that is sure to surprise the taste buds of even the most seasoned gastronomes.
