Born in Courcelette, Québec, Marc Blouin's passion for food started at a very young age. He has been the Executive Chef for Hotels & Cruises of Groupe Dufour. He has also been the Executive Chef for private receptions for two Prime Ministers of Québec: Jean Charest and Bernard Landry.
In Marc Blouin's mind, inspiration for a new creation needs to come from the season's ingredients. He says: "It is not needed to reinvent cuisine, everything has already been thought, but mix fresh ingredients and dare to explore the craziest ideas and the result can be spectacular!"
