Ingredients:
· 1 head white cabbage
· 3 apples of your choosing
· 1/2 cup of raisins
· 1/2 cup of diced celery
· 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup
· 1 ounce of balsamic vinegar
· 1 cup olive oil
· 1 teaspoon lemon juice
· A few drops of Lee & Perrins sauce
Optional:
· Roasted almonds
· Salt and Pepper
Method:
· Shred the cabbage into a julienne
· Dice apples into small to medium pieces
· Mix cabbage, apples, celery and raisins together
· Season with salt and pepper to taste
· Sprinkle with almonds
· Mix the maple syrup, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice
· Add the olive oil and whip until it thickens slightly
· Mix in the Lee & Perrins as well as the salt and pepper to taste.
Comments:
· This recipe will accommodate 10 to 12 people.
