Filet of Duck in Buckwhet Beer and Maple Syrup

Ingredients :

  • 4 filets
  • 2 chopped shallots
  • 2 chopped shallots
  • 400 grams oyster mushrooms
  • 60 ml maple syrup
  • 60 ml. buckwheat beer
  • Salt and pepper


Cooking instructions :

  • Cook filets in a frying pan
  • Add musrooms and shallots, remove filets
  • Deglaze with beer and maple syrup
  • Reduce and season to taste
  • Serve
