Ingredients :

• 1/2 L of oil
• 100 ml of maple sirop
• 100 ml of white wine vinegar
• 2 lemons (piece of lemon peel + juice)
• 2 oranges (piece of orange peel +juice )
• salt and pepper
• pepper of Szechouan
• Thn sliced green onion

Preparation :

• Mix all the ingredients together.
• Shake well

Comments :

This dressing fits well on salades or smoked sturgeon.
