Ingredients:
1/2 cup of maple syrup
2 cup of 35% cream
2 tsp of cornstarch
Fresh fruit cup per person
Methods:
Heat the syrup over medium heat for more or less 5 minutes
In a small bowl, mix a small portion of the cream with the cornstarch
Bring to a boil the rest of the cream and add to the hot maple syrup
Add the cornstarch mix and heat at low until mixture thickens
Cook while stirring 3 to 5 minutes until it thickens
Serve with fresh fruit or as a topping on pound cake
