Ingredients:
- 250 g fresh strawberries
- 3 tablespoons rosé wine
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons thick plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons maple sugar
- phyllo sheets baked in the oven with little butter and sugar until crisp
Method:
- Cut strawberries in dices and pour over the wine and the maple syrup. Put in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- Mix the yogurt and the maple sugar together.
- Put a phyllo sheet in the bottom of a dish, drop the strawberries and the yogurt, finish with another pastry sheet and decorate with strawberries
