Succulent Goat Cheese and Banana Pie

Ingredients:

  • Use a 9 inches pastry pan
  • 175 grams of light goat cheese
  • 175 grams of fine sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 grams of all purpose flour
  • 225 grams of puff pastry dough
  • 175 millimeters of 35% cream
  • 3 well riped bananas crushed with a fork

Method:

  • Put the dough in the pan stitching the bottom with a fork, put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes

  • In a double saucepan, mix the cheese and sugar to a creamy consistancy

  • In a large bowl, mix eggs, flour, and add the chrushed bananas and mixed cheese and sugar.

  • Pour the cream, and mix toughrouly to a smooth consistancy.

  • Pour in the pan and oven cook at 350F about 50 minutes, to a golden top. (it is normal that the mixture will raise when heated)

  • Comments:

  • Serve either cold but preferably lukewarm

  • Using a large platter, serve with maple or chocolate sirup
