Summer Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 passion fruits
  • 4 verbena leaves
  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 100 ml Minari (blueberry spirit) or maple syrup

Method:

  • Cut each passion fruit in half, scoop out the seeds with a spoon and cut the fruit in dices.
  • Chop the verbena.
  • Cut the strawberries in two
  • Mix all the ingredients... and enjoy!!!

This recipe is really simple and it is the perfect way to end a meal on a hot summer night. Taste it, it's a delight!
