Unique maple syrup fondue

Ingrédients:

  • 2-1/2 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 cup of 35% cream
  • 2 tablespoon of cornstarch

 

Method:

  1. Mix the ingredients in a double boiler
  2. Cook while stirring 3 to 5 minutes until it thickens
  3. During that time prepare pieces of fresh fruits and cut up a pound cake in bite size
  4. Serve the fondue and decorate with whipped cream
