Citrus and maple dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon - juice and zest 
  • 1 orange - juice and zest
  • 1 grapefruit - juice and zest
  • 1 table spoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 table spoon maple syrup
  • 80 ml extra virgin sunflower oil

Methods:

  • Mix well and enjoy!
  • Excellent with smoked fish or shrimp.
