Fresh cilantro Gaspacho served with Comté cheese tile

 Ingredients :
  • ½ clove of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 3 skinned and seeded tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 stem of celery
  • 2 cups of tomato juice
  • 25 ml of fresh minched cilantro
  • ''Comté'' cheese thinly grated

Optionals :

  • Salt and pepper as wanted

Methods :

  • Mix all vegetables in the blender until having a sleek puree and adjust the consistency with tomato juice, season.
  • Add fresh minced cilantro and refrigerate 1 hour. 
  • Lay down spoonfuls of the grated Comté cheese on a anti-adhesive plate.  Cook for a few minutes until melted at 350F.
  • Serv the tile over the cold gaspacho.
  • Enjoy your meal!
