A Perfect Score for Le Grand Lodge Mont-Tremblant Awarded By Québec Resorts & Country Inns
During a surprise visit last October, Le Grand Lodge was awarded a perfect score of 90 on 90 for their Marinated Sea Scallops with Bell Pepper Coulis and a Creamy Mango Dressing by mystery judges of Québec Resorts & Country Inns.
Le Grand Lodge Mont-Tremblant a Scandinavian style log all suite 4 star hotel and conference center, boasts an impressive 36 feet high stone fireplace and is known for the high standards it offers in a relaxed atmosphere. Chez Borivage, the hotel's dining room offers fresh market food highlighting Québec's finest culinary products. You will find the recently awarded entree on the new winter menu inaugurated in December.

David Ouellet along with his Executive Chef, Jean Luc de la Bruère have been innovating since they arrived at the Grand Lodge. They are known for not looking to follow the usual trends, but rather seeking to set them. And the clientele at the Grand Lodge seem to be responding.
