Montréal, Québec - Wednesday, October 20, 2010 - The board of directors and the General Manager of the Québec Resorts and Country Inns network are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Chantale Germain as the network's Communications Officer.
With some fifteen years of experience in the tourism and sales industries, Chantale Germain has distinguished herself through her initiative, the effectiveness of her communications and marketing efforts, and her dynamic energy.
“It is with great enthusiasm that I take on the position of Communications Officer for Québec Resorts and Country Inns, and it will be a pleasure to spread the news about the network to the media and to our various clienteles,” stated an energetic Ms. Germain.
“The professional experience she acquired in the sales and marketing departments of various hotels in the Tremblant region, notably at Quintessence, the Fairmont Tremblant, and the Marriott Residence Inn, makes her an undeniable asset for Québec Resorts,” said Mr. Yannick Beaupertuis, General Manager. “Her knowledge of the resort industry and of various regions of Québec have allowed her to quickly embrace the Québec Resorts culture,” added Mr. Claude Dufour, Chairman of the Québec Resorts network.
Ms. Chantale Germain began serving as Communications Officer on October 18, 2010. She will be in attendance at the 2010 Bourse des medias, which takes place at the Nouvel Hôtel Montréal on October 28, in order to meet with Québec journalists.
