Following the highly successful opening of the new Estérel Suites, Spa & Lake, Estérel adds a new hotel, featuring 105 trendy lakefront suites!
Estérel, Tuesday, June 7, 2011 - Only six months after the resoundingly successful opening of the new Estérel Suites, Spa & Lake, the hotel's development team has entered the second phase of this prestigious real estate project with the addition of a new boutique hotel resort called emotion, featuring 105 trendy new suites.
A condominium hotel just like Estérel Suites, Spa & Lake, the new emotion hotel, located directly on the lakefront, is a condominium hotel. All of the suites, called hotel residences, are sold to investors looking for a pied-à-terre on the shores of a prestigious navigable lake in the Laurentians, or simply seeking revenue from an excellent investment property. Hotel residences are on sale starting at $199,000.
Unlike its competitors' revenue programs, Estérel offers a simple and innovative solution: set rental income every month. “This principle is already being employed at Estérel, and the owners really appreciate it. The rent is set in advance, so there are no surprises!” maintains Mr. François Dallaire, a partner in the firm and the General Director of Estérel Suites, Spa & Lake, where all of the suites were sold in record time.
The new hotel adjacent to Estérel Suites, Spa & Lake, the new emotion hotel promises to deliver a highly sensual experience. “The project will be centred on the senses and emotions. Features of the decor include subdued lighting, a tantalizing lounge-y ambiance conducive to get-togethers with friends or significant others, and huge windows that put residents at one with Estérel's exceptional resort environment,” described Mr. Shawn Zarbatany, partner.
All of the suites, with a minimum of 600 sq. ft. of living space, feature a three-sided central fireplace, a king-sized bed, a kitchenette with bar counter, two flat-screen televisions, a bathroom with separate bath and glass shower, and an outdoor living area. Several suites also offer a closed bedroom. Half of the suites have a view of the lake, the rest overlook the golf course. All beach level suites will be equipped with a private spa on the terrace.
Estérel common areas
In addition to its 105 suites, a Scandinavian spa will be built in front of the new emotion hotel. This new lakefront spa will include a four-season panoramic pool, whirlpool baths, a Nordic bath, a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna, a sand beach, and a bar with a terrace. The golf course side will also feature a practice green.
While Estérel Suites, Spa & Lake and the new emotion hotel each have their own reception area, owners and clients of these two hotels will have access to all of the common areas, including the new convention centre that will physically link the two hotels.
