More than half a million dollars in gift certificates

At the meeting, the activities report was presented to the members and it was with great pride that Québec Resorts/Hôtellerie Champêtre’s management announced that over half a million dollars in gift certificates were in client hands. The success of Québec Resorts/Hôtellerie Champêtre’s gift certificates derive from their accrued flexibility to their holders who may use them in any of the member establishments. The announcement added to the members’ enthusiasm as studies have shown that holders of gift certificates spend, on average, 70% more during their stay.

Web site exposure is booming!
The important traffic expansion on Québec Resorts/Hôtellerie Champêtre’s new Web site was another hot topic that was addressed at the meeting. In fact, from February to April 2001, Web site visits increased by 89% revealing the Internet users’ increasing appreciation for the 250 packages continuously updated and their desire to discover the 24 charming resorts and country inns that are situated in 12 regions throughout the province of Québec.

Finally, the 92% attendance rate at the meeting reflects the network’s involvement and continuous strive to pursue its development to further establish its reputation as the best Resorts and Country Inns network in the province Québec.
