Located in the Eastern Townships, the Outaouais region and the Québec City area, the three inns have chosen to be represented by Québec Resorts for the next three years. Independently managed and each featuring their own distinct character, these establishments all meet Québec Resorts' strict selection standards in terms of friendliness, comfort, fine cuisine and variety of onsite activities. In recent years, the network has raised its already demanding quality standards, thus elevating its reputation even higher. Les Victorines du Lac, Lac Mégantic, Eastern Townships
This cozy, peaceful inn is home to 20 comfy rooms, each personalized with its own distinctive décor. Several rooms offer a magnificent view of Lac Mégantic, while the others face the lush forest. Less than five minutes away, a multitude of activities, including hiking, swimming, biking, sailing, golfing, cross-country skiing, mountain snowshoeing, dogsledding and alpine skiing at Sugarloaf. Auberge Montebello, Montebello, Outaouais
This old Victorian style home and recently built pavilion will charm you with their 44 comfortable and newly refurbished rooms. Most come with a spectacular and unforgettable view of the Outaouais river. The restaurant's cuisine, spearheaded by succulent grilled fare, is inspired by the arrivals of the day and regionally grown products. The health and beauty spa is on the top floor of the inn, for a truly relaxing, reenergizing and memorable experience abetted by the panoramic view.
Auberge La Camarine, Beaupré, Québec City Area
A former member of Québec Resorts in previous years, Auberge La Camarine rejoins the network with 31 cozy rooms. Known for its fine cuisine inspired by market-fresh products, its warm, friendly atmosphere and for delivering the personal touch, Auberge La Camarine is located on the historic Côte de Beaupré, bordering the majestic Saint Lawrence river. It is also near Mont Sainte-Anne. Recent makeovers include a revamped dining room and a riverview conference room capable of accommodating 30 people. A new bar surrounded by the original, 350-year-old stonework is scheduled to open March 24, and all the rooms are being renovated in the next six months.
All 25 establishments are featured in the new 2006-2007 Québec Resorts and Country Inns Guide, which is being released in mid April. The perfect holiday planner, it includes up-to-date vacationing ideas and packages conveniently categorized by the type of holiday experience sought.
