Québec Resorts and Country Inns make their mark!
Québec Resorts and Country Inns, a Québec network of 23 establishements, is proud to announce that several of its members have been added to
the CAA-AAA Four Diamond list of restaurants for 2003. The Canadian and American automobile associations rated
42,000 establishments this year. The award winners included three members of the Québec Resorts and Country Inns network : Auberge Lakeview Inn (Eastern Townships), Auberge la Camarine (Québec City region) and Auberge des 21 (Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean).
Four Diamond properties enjoy the distinction of being among the finest lodgings and restaurants in North America. The recipients have once again proven just how big a
factor cuisine is in Québec Resorts and Country Inns overall
selection criteria. These establishments continue to contribute to the
enrichment of Québec’s local cooking talent and to their international reputation.
