Redefined Standards for Increased Quality

In fact, the network has agreed to pass a list of standards that will imperatively be scrutinised when evaluating potential members. In this respect, the current network's member establishments will also be evaluated on a regular basis by way of anonymous visits. Such a measure aims to increase the consistency and homogeneity of Hôtellerie Champêtre/Québec Resorts high quality offered in the entire network of establishments.
The "fine cuisine" offered in the establishments will also be evaluated and classified internally to comply to the next edition of Hôtellerie Champêtre/Québec Resorts’ Guide which will include symbols to address the level of gastronomy served and the level of prices. The gastronomy categories will benefit the customers as they will easily identify the establishments that best fit their preferences.
