Montreal, March 25th 2008 - The Grand Lodge Mont-Tremblant, member of Québec Resorts and Country Inns, along with Productions Tapis Rouge and in collaboration with Luciani Acura-Infiniti of Montreal are pleased to announce the participation of actor and singer Frédérick De Grandpré Friday, April 11th for the opening night of an all women event entitled: Rendezvous for Life: Wear a Rose for the Cause.
More than 200 women are expected at the Grand Lodge for this first edition of a weekend for women only, blending inspiration, pleasure and celebration with a portion of the proceeds being donated to the Fondation québécoise du cancer.
The events will start in grand style Friday night with Frédérick De Grandpré as special guest to the theme MARTINI for LIFE.
“I am very touched to see such a big gathering of women wanting to celebrate their lives and spend time together,” explains Frédérick De Grandpré. “I want to honour them, and let them know how much they are appreciated for their beauty, their inherent thoughtfulness and the sheer strength they demonstrate when confronted with life's challenges. What a great idea - a weekend just to celebrate them! I invite all those women that can, to come with their friend or sister or mother or cousin. I know it will be an incredible weekend!” continues Frédérick.
A very dynamic program awaits all the participants including a VIP evening hosted by the Café d'époque at the mountain side resort of Mont-Tremblant, cooking workshop, tips from a top stylist, makeup techniques and Esprit de corps, a company specialising in the moral and physical wellbeing of individuals and groups hosts a sports challenge. Saturday afternoon there will be “Rendez-vous Découverte” where companies will showcase their latest products and services for women, while Saturday evening is the “Gala des Roses” to honour all the participants that came to this first edition and to set their calendars for another rendezvous in April 2009.
The packages are $339 per person for double occupancy and $319 for triple occupancy which includes a two night stay in a suite with closed bedroom, fireplace and fully equipped kitchen, all the meals including a four course gourmet dinner, as well as all the activities.
